Research Interests:
Malik Munazah Maheen is a research scholar at the Department of Geoinformatics, University of Kashmir. Her research focuses on the critical issue of climate change and its impact on apple cultivation in Kashmir. She aims to develop adaptation strategies to minimise these impacts. Her work involves evaluating climate change in the region and simulating the effects of variations in the physical environment and crop management schedules on apple production under both current and future climate scenarios using various modelling approaches.
