Nufaisa Farooq is a PhD scholar in the department of Geoinformatics and has completed her master’s degree in Geoinformatics from department of Geoinformatics, University of Kashmir in 2021. She is currently working in Himalayan Cryosphere Research Lab as Lab Assistant. Her research interests include monitoring of Himalayan Glaciers using Remote sensing, Field based Mass Balance, Geodetic Mass Balance
